Sample Breakfast Courses
Crêpes served with choice of lemon and sugar, chocolate sauce or apricot jam.
Frittata made with choice of vegetables, meats, and/or cheeses.
Sample Lunch Courses
Spring Stew: Beef, lamb, bison, or vegetarian stew with onion, garlic, tomatoes, parsnip, carrot, green beans, parsley, thyme, rosemary, lavender and olive oil.
Sample Dinner Courses
Leg of lamb with garlic, rosemary, thyme, and mint. Also served with side of carrots and onions.
Ratatouille: Stew made with onion, garlic, roasted sweet pepper, eggplant, zucchini sautéed in olive oil with parsley, bay leaf, rosemary, thyme, lavender and marjoram.
Sample Deserts Courses
-Chocolate cake with raspberry sauce served with vanilla bean ice cream.
-Fruit salad with pineapple, bananas, oranges, apples, pears, strawberries and blue berries.
Persian saffron rice pudding served in rose water, pistachios and almonds.
-Pumpkin pie
-Poached pear in Crème anglaise covered in chocolate sauce.
